The bartender was rude and not giving good customer service. Took my order and came back around 10 minutes later came back with no drink. Looked me right in the eye like I was bothering him and finally acknowledged my order of a simple margarita. It was not good and very watered down..

Love the room, very spacious. I requested a handicap bathroom close to elevator, I got what I wanted. The only problem I had was that the bed was too high making it difficult for me to get on. Getting off was easy, I just slid down, getting on it was a challenge. Next time I know to tell them to remove the box under the mattress so that it's not so high.Like the location, walking distance to all other casinos or take monorail if you want to go further.Enough eateries and entertainment in vicinity. All in all, the stay was both rewarding and relaxing.

I really wanted to love the Cromwell as I’ve gambled here for years while staying at other hotels. While it has a great location and I still love the casino, the rooms were small, worn, dark, dirty and we even had a bug on the bed.Check In was good I had to wait for a room but knew that would happen with an early arrival I asked for a fridge for meds but it never arrived and once we were in the room we had no TV remote.The room is dark and was worn and dirty (uses a couple wipes to clean up spilled soda on the drawers and counter). Noise from the street was LOUD as well as the construction outside that stated before 8am.Again the casino and bars were great great location but I won’t be back...
