"My previous experiences at this restaurant have been wonderful, but during this recent visit, there were a few issues. The waiter was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests he was serving. He initially got my order wrong, bringing me a steak sandwich instead of the steak I had requested. However, he quickly corrected the mistake. For dessert, I ordered the upside down pineapple cake which was tasty, but the accompanying scoop of ice cream had melted. The waiter kindly brought out two extra scoops of ice cream to make up for it. Unfortunately, when the bill came, I was charged for the extra ice cream and also for the steak sandwich I did not order. It would have been nice...
