"We’ve been wanting to give Hen Quarter a try and were happy to finally make it happen. We’d heard good things and love trying new restaurants and we love the destination feel of Bridge Park. There were several parties going on in the restaurant so things were a bit clogged at the entrance and elsewhere with folks just hanging out in the aisles but happy to see a busy restaurant on a Tuesday night. Atmosphere is really cool with a contemporary and industrial look, with modern furniture touches. What is a little confusing is that the tag line advertises “sophisticated southern” but there is very little that actually feels southern. Always a great experience. Ashley made us a fabulous espresso martini. Enjoyed the cornbread app and short ribs brunch dish. Will keep coming back for the relaxing atmosphere, great food and fantastic service.

The restaurant was closed when we were there for our reservation? But I could reserve another time this evening? I understand things are coming, but I don't remember a call or an email to inform me that they would be close to the evening that had been appreciated.
