"Sad to say that customer service, management and cleanliness needs improvement. I went to pick up a 10 minute carry out order that took total 45 minutes due to drive thru service not attended to, had to go inside, no one to greet, waited again, order was not ready, neither was it correct. Others walked away due to no one to greet and acknowledge as they entered the restaurant. I asked if the drive thru was open, response was our girl that works it is out today. No sign posted to communicate it was closed. No one to answer the calls to the restaurant, calls taken randomly. I asked to speak to a manager, was told the manager is in the kitchen, she sends someone else to answer my request for a...

I ordered the chicken steak with 2 eggs over medium and hash brown. The chicken steak took over half the plate. Very large part. The eggs were made exactly right. But the ash-browns were very boiled. No color and cold. The pancakes were boiled. Dough and fed. The shining star was the waitress.

My first time at this particular one.. Our waitress was very Nice.. and she did her job well. However I don't understand why no one was keeping the dinning room clean.... It was several tables that needed tending to... My coworker enjoyed his meal.. my meal was good although it's not what I ordered.. I wanted an omelette I got fried egg that was supposed to pass as an omelette... I do like fried eggs and it had a good taste.. but it wasn't what wanted or was paying for. I really wonder why customers have to ask for real eggs .. you automatically give us eggs out of a carton. Should it not be the other way around. Especially in today's health conscious society...

"Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at this Sonic in Big Springs. We initially planned to go to Whataburger across the street, but we decided to sit outside and eat at Sonic instead—what a mistake! While placing our order, we were informed that many items were unavailable; that should have been a sign for us to leave, but we stayed. When our food finally arrived, we discovered they were out of ketchup, the soft drinks were flat, and the tater tots were extremely dark. The server brought the manager over to address our concerns about the color and excessive grease on the tater tots, only for us to be told that the oil needed to be changed. It was really disappointing since we paid a fair amount of money but were unable to enjoy our meal. I’m giving it 2 stars because the burger was delicious!"

They have late hours and a wide variety of options, including bean burritos, tacos, and unique items like the Doritos Locos Tacos. Overall, I rate it 5 stars because it offers delicious Mexican food at a great price."

"I can't tell you much about McDonald that you don't already know. It is one of the largest fast food chains in America, if not the whole world. It has cheap food and really good McCafe drinks, like the caramel wrap I love and prefer about Starbucks. Although it can be a good place to take a quick bite, they do not have the cleanest dining environment. There are flies, I was with every McDonald's in Hobbs and they all have the same fly problem, and the bathrooms are usually childish. Otherwise it's good."

"This is a fantastic small, family-owned restaurant that specializes in Poke Bowls. They have a wide variety of bowl combinations to choose from, including a suggested vegan option with pre-selected vegetable flavors. They offer around 20 different vegetable toppings to go with your choice of white or brown rice, quinoa, or spring salad mix, as well as a variety of vegan sauces and dry toppings. For meat eaters, they also have cooked meat toppings available. In addition to Poke Bowls, they have a rolled ice cream section, and even offer a vegan ice cream made from banana base (availability may vary). The food is fresh, the service is excellent, and it's clear that the family who runs the restaurant cares deeply about their craft. You must give it a try!"

"This restaurant really needs assistance... First of all, the customer service is lacking. I stood at the counter while the employees engaged in their own conversations. Then, to make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I ordered fish but received chicken instead, and it was overcooked to the point that I had to throw it away. I've dined at this franchise before, but this location is hands down the worst. I won't be returning. I wanted to share a photo, but unfortunately, I was unable to."
