I had a great experience with the service, and I appreciated being able to order through my favorite app. However, I was really disappointed with the bacon double burger. For $6, I expected much more—it honestly seemed like something that should be on the children's menu at half the price! In fact, I felt more satisfied by the two tacos I got for 99 cents.

I have to say, this restaurant is just not what it used to be. I was really let down by the quality of the food and service. My curly fries were cold and stale—definitely not just a little stale, but hard and unappetizing. The jalapeño poppers were also cold and soft, and even though they appeared to be fresh, they were far from hot. They seem to have some unusual practices, and honestly, I'm grateful for the experience because now I'm never going back to a Jack in the Box again.
