"We stopped for dinner one night after the visit of Theodore Roosevelt NP. It is a family restaurant, mostly occupied by a family. Nothing beautiful, but it is clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly. My wife and I both had a chicken dinner and a cup of soup. The chicken was very good. It was juicy and tender with a non-fat skin. I had the Borscht and my wife had a disgusting soup called knoephla. Both soups were amazing. They use at least two different types of beet in their rupture. I don't know if it is caused by another curing time for the beet, but the color of the two is not the same.
