"This is the 2nd time I ate here and for the most part the food is good. The greens are bland and the muffins are dry today. The catfish an macaroni is really good thats why I ordered again. But today I ordered cabbage an it had mixed vegetables mixed in it. Why?! If I wanted that I would have ordered them. I hate peas an cooked carrots! I was very disappointed in this. Other than that I will be back"

What a pleasant surprise finding this restaurant in Evanston. The food was priced right and tasted amazing. Jennifer (the owner) was there and she was friendly and checked on us frequently. Highly recommend!

Hubby took my daughter and I out to eat here after we watched The Commuter at the Evanston theater and I'm very thankful!!! The food was delicious. Hubby is already talking about going back over the weekend.
