"I had already half of my sandwich that tasted sandy and weird when I saw this wilted DIRTY peace of lettuce on my sandwich. It’s full of dirt! With all of the iceberg lettuce EColi recalls, this highly unacceptable. There is NO way they did not see this when preparing the sandwich."

Every table is covered with trash and crumbs, even the registry area was covered with trash and crumbs. The napkin holder is caked with dirt. I understood getting behind but there was no one in the place.
