"Karma is one of two Indian restaurants offering a lunch buffet in town and the prices and food offerings between the two (the other is India Pavilion) are comparable. I've been a regular at India Pavilion for years and decided to give Karma a try, and I really loved the subtle differences between them. Karma seemed to have a better selection of meat dishes, and there was a chili chicken dish that I dream about on a weekly basis now my goodness it was delicious! Yum-o. I went with a group for the buffet lunch, and it was really yummy. I had a couple of different curries and onion bhajis and the chicken tikka. The service was kind and the ambience was a little basic, but this is a college town Indian lunch buffet, so I don't know what else anyone could reasonably expect.

We were planning on going to a different Indian restaurant but earlier in the day I walked by Kaarma and saw the sign saying there was a buffet saturday only. And I knew I wanted to come here bc I'm a sucker for an Indian buffet. There were only a few people in the buffet when we got there but the food was fresh and hot. There were delicious onion fritter things that I have never seen at an indian restaurant before and I dipped them into the most delish green chutney. This sauce was sooooo good. While we were there they kept bringing stuff out to the buffet so it was never sitting out for long.
