"I've been going to one of these restaurants for years since I moved to the Dallas area. I did this today and I was happy about what they had to offer. when they go into them, they get the aura of france with decorations, art and music. the menu was quite extensive, which included lunch and dinner, breakfast, bakery and café options. I wanted to try a little of everything, so I ordered the country french breakfast, which consisted of 2 eggs her style, kartoffel galaxy (I really enjoyed that most,) speck, a few slices tomaten, and a croissant insisted. on this icy day to see if they were open because many places were not. a heart answered and said we were more than welcome to come by. there were only 2 people working, but it was a nice gesture. that was great, but the desserts were better. had a great experience.

the customer service is getting worse and worse every day. it took 20 minutes until someone picked up the phone so I could order. then when I'm here to pick up my food, no one was in the pick-up area. there were a series of people waiting for it, and no one even complained to ask if we needed help or if we had already helped. that's sad, that was one of my favorite restaurants.
