"Let me tell y'all about Ms. Pam. She is a hard-working woman who throws down in that kitchen! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and they even gave us free samples of their gumbo. The mac n' cheese, greens, and string beans were so good, but the main event to me was her fried catfish. It was worth every penny, and she is one of the few restaurants that serves actual catfish and not some other type of fish that's served up to look the part. She and her kitchen assistant were both more than hospitable to my wife and me with their sweet down-home attitudes. It may be too much for some city folk, but we felt like we were right back at home in the Mississippi Delta."

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. However, the woman named Pam is very untrustworthy.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! I had ribs that were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with a taste of some of the best barbecue sauce I've ever tasted. I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

I arrived at this restaurant only to find out that they had closed earlier than the time listed on their website. Since they were not open as advertised, I can only give them one star. It was frustrating to waste my time and gas. I will attempt to visit on another day to see if they are actually open.
