"First of all we have never eaten there but gave it a try with some friends. The Server was great but food was disappointing. Got a salad, good, got the entre me and hubby sharing a rib eye...ordered M/R got it rare, OK no problem, but we could not cut it it was so tough and full of grizzle and white membranes. Server took it back to get a recook on a new one, Came back in 3 min with a less than 1/2 thick breakfast steak that was tasty but almost well done. Should have sent 1st one back and ordered shrimp... lesson learned do not go to longhorn for rib eyes. Bad quality meat Charge me $5 8 more and give me a PRIME steak. I am usually Longhorn biggest fan but today was a bust. Can in to order a strawberry shortcake dessert to go. The To-go attendant flat out told me it would take 30min to get it. She further told me I had to wait in line with the rest of the orders. Well okay, but do the sit down customers have to wait additional 30min after they order their dessert? What a stupid comment the attendant said I would have to wait 30min.
