"Under new ownership within the last few years, this is a big street diver. Whether you are on your way to or from Yosemite National Park. The business has changed hands within recent years and the new owners have made significant improvements. It takes the influence of a 50's diner with a comfortable atmosphere. I remember the day when this was probably one of the busiest companies on the mountain. The Rim fire has devastated companies across the region and Lucky Buck-Café crawls up again. The waiting staff is very friendly and appreciated by your business. There is a fairly important selection of meals to choose. And you won't be disappointed with the portions. They also offer a range of k...

After hiking in Yosemite we are hungry. I didn't expect much, just beautiful burgers with frits... and they had vegetarians / vegan options! It is very special in this area to find something like this! The burgers are really tasty (I had the 49), excellent beer and very nice waitress. I love the Retro Diner Vibe, very cozy.

We dined here for breakfast every day while we stayed at a nearby hotel. Every single item of food was cooked to perfection, the coffee was great, and the servers and cooks are very nice people! I cant think of anything that could be improved, this is just a great place to eat at and I will miss it a lot when we’re back in NYC tomorrow morning.

My wife and I stayed at the Yosemite lodge nearby. There were literally no other options other than this. We didn't expect much but boy were we amazed. There was separate vegetarian menu. The soup was brilliant. Pasta was also good. My favorite would be the waffle cut sweet potato fries. The waitresses were very friendly. All in all we enjoyed the food and the experience!
