However, for the first time, I found myself searching for my mix-ins. Receiving just 3 gummy bears, 2 pieces of pineapple, and an overwhelming amount of coconut doesn't exactly foster loyalty! I realize that supply issues may be affecting availability, but it's important to be honest about that. Misleading customers by giving the impression that you can meet their expectations and then not delivering is frustrating and disrespectful. I paid extra for additional mix-ins, yet I didn't receive the quantity I requested. I won’t be returning; this isn't just an issue with delivery—it's a reflection of the restaurant's poor customer service and failure to uphold its brand standards."
