"We’ve been going to Mon Ami Gabi for It has always been a favorite until now. We went with another couple and the food was terrible. Onion soup good, country pâté average. But we all got various steak frites and all of them were horrible. Grade of meat was sub par, steak bordelaise was doused in a terrible sauce barely better than cafeteria food. And the hanger steak was rolled like a sausage. And the frites were barely better than a local burger joint. Nothing like they have been in the past. The only good thing was the raspberry shortbread dessert. Unless the quality changes we don’t be back. Which makes me sad"

The place itself is pretty nice, but the food was just okay. We shared the Escargots for an app and this was pretty good.

I am very disappointed; the menu has contracted and the roasted chicken I got was really par boiled. The wine selection by the glass has diiminished also. The mussels were excellent though
