the pho was very good and crowded with meat and noodles. I visited two years ago and it was phenomenal. the dinge have changed slightly due to pandemic, but eating is still good. service was moderate. it seems that they have to order at the counter, but I was handed over a menu and said to find a place to sit, it would have been better to advise that the order made first and then find a table? have I been waiting for my table? there is room for improvement on the service page, but with the quality of the food you can really get a 5-star restaurant when you get the service downpat, and also keep the music a bit lower, no need to blow it up just because your favourite song comes? in the past I had a very good experience with this restaurant, I was really excited to return. Today I only ordered pho nudelsuppe to discover that the food she gave me was old. the soup broth was cold! the flesh was cold! I have starving, so I ate a few bites my like is now in a knot. So I called the restaurant, the same person that gave me the old food, said: now I know what you want me to do it. When I asked a manager, she said they were gone and won't be back tomorrow.
