"Upon arrival we were greeted with the high top tables covered in dirty dishes. Which remained that way for sometime. Once seated we were told there were no popovers which is one of the main reasons for choosing to eat there. Had to remind server of our coffee while taking the last bite of dessert. Just not what I expect from Neiman Marcus!"
