"This is one of the best noodle restaurants I have been to. Despite my initial expectations of a dirty atmosphere and incompetent staff, my experience was quite the opposite. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff even cleaned while we ordered. The person who took our order was friendly and courteous, and recommended some of their new dishes. I decided to try the truffle mac and cheese with parmesan chicken, which was delicious. I usually stick to pesto or Korean BBQ noodles, but the truffle mac was a pleasant surprise. This charming restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The menu may be a bit challenging for first-time visitors, but the manager was very helpful. The food was delicious, with generous portions. The seating was comfortable and the restaurant was clean. Parking can be tricky in the city, but we found a parking garage less than half a block away.
