"Ive never seen such nasty, rude behavior by the owner, she is the older latina women. Right from start she was rude and dismissive if you had any question regarding specials or questions about food. She over charged us on our food so we went back, and asked if we could get a correction and this crazy lady (the owner) got into heated argument and started yelling at my wife and pointing in her face saying ?shut up?. Only for the husband in the end to give us a refund, after realizing the mistake. The deep dish pizza was delicious. However, the price at this location was exorbitant! The same pizza at Numero Uno in Granda Hills (which has a higher Tax Rate) was $13.39 less than this location! That?s a Deal Breaker!

Today?s my birthday and I wanted a special pizza called a pineapple barbecue chicken pizza. We used to get it when we lived in North Hollywood and it was out of this world. We ordered one time since we moved up to Simi. It did not compare. I called today to explain the difference between the two pizza places and the woman said ?if you don?t like my pizza then just order it from North Hollywood?. All I was asking was if they could remove the oregano and the bell pepper. They have flat flags all over their website saying no substitutions no substitutions. What kind of pizza place allows no substitutions??? What a stinking rude person she was. Don?t go here.

Where do I begin? First, in order to post my rating, I had to give them at least 1 star. If I could have given this place a -10 stars, that would still be too kind. I cannot remember the last time I left a bad review for any business, large or small, because, well, everyone has a bad day once in a while.
