"the poor guy behind the bar seemed to be alone to take care of the tables like ours. we were so understandable in an off-time on the afternoon, but still frustrating. forever to get our orders, other tables that arrived later were served well before us. the waiter tried very hard to crumble us and bring us, including really nice to our little ones. the bar was from most crying on the menu. then the waiter has difficulty taking our order and has not been reliant on the gluten-free items on the menu. my friend has zöliakie and has strict requirements, and the waiter had to ask for many things, not sure that the order would come. total less than average values.

dysfunctional restaurant of a brand that is better in hayes valley location. the staff was very moved [approximately 15 minutes to get to the table for welcome/drink order] deep dish pizzateig was quite undercooked. the place was empty, so much time to make sure to do it right. not even sure that they try it, unfortunately.
