"The waitress was very nice but wasn't very good. We were a group of 7 and ordered a good amount of food. Each got an appetizer, some also got soup and an entree. Instead of bringing the soup or appetizers first she had us wait a really long time and brought everything together. She never checked back in and when she did eventually bring the bill, one in the party asked about dessert and she stated the kitchen was closed. Guess she was doing her closed work while we waited with no service and just wanted us to go so she could go home. We will not be coming back."

Everything was so nice and food was amazing and yummy I highly recommend it and so your not waiting 45 to an hour book a reservation for it ahead of heading into town

A manager greeted us at the hostess stand, she was very welcoming and outgoing. Great food and good service, our waitress forgot to bring the soup we ordered. I found the food to be a bit expensive, however drinks were very reasonably priced. Didn’t get any bread, I haven’t had a chance to get to Phillips in a few years, so I am unsure if they just no longer serve rolls before meals but I remember them to be very good.
