"My wife and I went to this restaurant for our anniversary. We were two of less than 10 customers there at 7:30pm. It took 20 minutes to get a drink because the bartender was busy chatting with five staff members who appeared to be doing nothing, including our waitress. The food was very disappointing. The $45 prime rib was served cold, and I'm not exaggerating. The manager's solution was to reheat the same piece of meat under a heat lamp, turning my medium-cooked steak into shoe leather. My wife's shrimp scampi was mostly watery sauce with only four pieces of shrimp and lacked flavor. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed, even though there were only four tables to attend to between two waitres...

Our experience was wonderful! The food was terrific, but our whole experience was made better due the service of our server, Samantha. She was knowledgeable, attentive and so very helpful.

The server was extremely impolite. When I ordered a drink, she made a disapproving face and sighed. When I inquired about the problem, she mentioned they have a cocktail menu. I explained that I wasn't interested in cocktails and asked if I could still have what I originally ordered.
