"I regularly eat in Catillon during my walks in Moléson for its regional and local cuisine. What was my surprise when we take the burger. The waiter tells us that it is with cuchaule from Valais . First La cuchaule has an AOP. So in no case is it a cuchaule if it is produced in Valais. The worst expirience in my life. As a hotel and a place of holiday, the noise at night makes impossible to sleep. When i was there, many families are complening about a group of kids, and nobody at the hotel didin't do anything. The screming and the kicking persist at the whole night. We couldn't sleep at all. Very nice place for hiking, several activities for children. Rooms: My room with 2 beds under the roof had a small skylight, so little air and very hot, the other rooms seem better equipped at the level of the windows Nearby activities: Minu golf, summer toboggan access from Moléson.
