"Long overdue review for a spot I went to months ago in Astoria with a friend. I will preface this in that it is a trek to get out here if you don't own a car and/or are afraid of the bus. Shout out to Antonio... The atmosphere is perfect, the full bar looks good and the food was delicious. Salads are great. And you must try the pizza. Real authentic Italian food. 5 ?

My bias for Chicago Tavern Style pizza is hard to overcome. But here we are. Antonio has a tremendous passion for his customers, his food, and it's authentic/ fresh ingredients. This is one of the best pizzas I've ever had! It definitely changed my opinion of New York Pizza after being very underwhelmed by one of the most famous pizza places in town. I look forward to going back!
