One of the staff insulted us for this, for daring not to speak German, then threatened physical violence to my boy when he claimed that, in a democracy, it is his right to speak in his...mother tongue with his mother. This is unacceptable behaviour. We were shocked and appalled. Complained to management. Got no apology. Never again. They don't need our money... and obviously don't want it"

Wir hatten was nach Hause bestellt, die Lieferung dauerte jedoch übermäßig lange. Unsere telefonische Nachfrage wurde sehr unfreundlich beantwortet mit dem Hinweis "es sei halt viel los". Das Essen sollte in 15 Minuten geliefert werden, das wurde jedoch nicht eingehalten. Schade :-(
