"I don’t know what happened but seems there’s been some recent changes to the way their pizza is made. Word around town is the owners recently made changes and want everything measured out now, and that reduces the quality of pizza factory’s pizza. It’s just terrible now. What used to be worth the price for good pizza is now just bad, it’s dried out pizza with no cheese, no sauce and skimp on the toppings. As loyal customers who spend money on pizza, we’re thinking we won’t be back anymore if this is how they are going to make pizza that cost $27 for a large. Went into this establishment visiting from out of state… was treated like royalty…. The staff all communicated with me clearly about the wait time,, but also took the time to know me. Felt like home. I also received very yummy food I got a Hawaiian with ham and jalapeño onions bacon and cashew… as well as a cookie pizza which I enjoyed very much so. Thank you Amber Bobby and Brandon it was wonderful to meet you!
