"We did not have a good experience. We waited 1 and a half hours for our food to come after ordering. Many other tables sat and ate during the same time. One person at our table order was incorrect. The server said we will redo the meal in the next 5 min. Another 45 min pass everyone else was done with meals. We told them to forget it it’s too late now. They removed the charge for that dish. The manger not servers never apologized or tried to make it right."

Always had excellent food at Prime. It was the same for the most part. The exception being the creamed spinach. It was too liquidy.
