We were greeted immediately and seated promptly; we chose outside seating which they have definitely paid attention to in our desert environment, with mist system and shade screens where necessary to make it comfortable. The food was amazing! We ordered the meatballs, pepperoni pizza and the Alfredo pasta. We sat out on the patio next to the fireplace. They also have heaters outside. I definitely recommend trying this place if you?ve never been here. We will be returning!

I met some friends at Proof last night. The food was delicious and the service was great. As I was leaving I realized I had a flat tire. Frank, the chef at Proof, was outside and changed my tire for me! He completely saved my night. He was so sweet and thanked me for coming to Proof. I will definitely be back!

Pizza and salads ordered for collection and the pizza was excellent. The only problem we had was the Monsoon season, and when we went right next door from our hotel, it poured. The three restaurants are located around a courtyard and all entrance gates have been locked. It was ridiculous. We were intimidated and tried to find out how to get in and out. And it was only 7:30. Luckily there was no fire or an active shooter, or we might have been dead. With a hotel in the same Plaza as your restaurants, why was it so difficult to get in and out?
