"Now I love Lube stops wings and never had a issue with there wings, but I wanted to try something different so I said I'd try the new York strip and I was never so disappointed. #1 because the steaks not real steak!!! This is a processed piece of meat. There's no blood in it, you can see how round the edges of the steak are!! Real New York strip steak do not look like this.... it was horrible and I can't believe they serving this for a steak. This was a total waste of money and nasty. It doesnt even taste like beef!!! This was a very interesting place. The hanging motorcycles were scary, but cool to look at. The music and vibe was good, staff was kind and professional and the food was good. Great menu choices for the kids, reasonable prices, and good food. I was very pleased.

for the first time to this special location or this chain of restaurant stopped here after they cleveland clinic very fast helpful friendly service was all hot and fresh and made the art as we asked to highly recommend to visit this restaurant facility in any case again. even since it was the first time we were there, we received free appetizer cards for our next visit when we came back.

we wanted to go to quaker steak and lube on canal rd. we called and asked if they would call a seat. the hired said: “Yes”, so we gave them our names and went to the restaurant. When we arrived, they said there was no call in front of them and they had no idea what we were talking about. we wanted to talk to the manager. After we waited for 15 minutes for the manager and that didn't happen, we left.
