"I really wanted to like rossini. the reviews are generally positiw and in particular there were a lot of positive comments about the service. that was not our experience. we sat on Wednesday night. there were many business dinners. the waiters looked very short staff. they were constantly running from place to place. the room was loud and no place to conduct a pleasant conversation.
