"Why in hell would they have the heat in the Mens bathroom?! it is 115 outside and they have the heat and when they ask the manager who makes 70k, say no heat only ac. girls they are crazy when they think the air blowing at 86° is ac. when an old person goes into the toilet room and dies from the heat, they do not say that they were not warned. I understand why it's a 3.5-star shop."

"Dinner was fantastic, our waiter Paul was great, and the creme brulee was out of this world. My steak was a bit over cooked, so when we mentioned it to them, they took care of it for us and then some. That's what I call customer service. They re-did the steak and it was perfectly cooked. They gifted us with a box of truffles and a $25 credit to come back. Very attentive staff, but not overbearing nor snooty. We'll definitely be back!"
