"I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It looks like an old dive bar but it is so much more than that. It is not a large place but there is seating inside and a really nice area outside with great views of the delta. The food is great! We started with lumpia and we really enjoyed it. They also brought us warm bread with oil and balsamic vinegar and the balsamic was outstanding, super smooth and very flavorful. The soup of the day was lasagna soup. What is lasagna soup I had no idea until I had it here and it was delicious. I had ribeye steak oscar and I am usually hesitant to try this type of dish especially at a new place.
