"for the life of me I can't understand how ruths chris is still in business. I was a bartender for the chain in the early 2000s when the restaurants were a destination. after the “Great Recession” the company had to make some understandable changes (I.e prix fixe menu options,) but once the economy was restored, the restaurants could not go to the hand. I tried ruth tonight after a few years again, hoping for a change. I was disappointed again. calamari soggy, caesar salat extremely salty, filet only lacking, side served without servierutensils . there was no car on the steak, at the point where I swear it was sous vide and tasteless prepared. remember the days when the plate was so hot, the...

So we’ve been here twice for a lil date night thing. Both nights we really had a nice night. From the drinks to the food everything was great.

was there for my man's birthday. in the rule they have great service there, but in the night we were there, it took 15 minutes until everyone came over, even recognized us, asking us whether we wanted a drink or a cocktail. after the last service the waitress was nice. we should have been recognized immediately if they were busy, they should have said they were with us soon. we had to ask the waterman twice to get us a waitress!
