"This is for the storefront on 19th, in Lubbock. I ordered a small turkey sandwich with mayo. There was no mayo. I asked the manager, and she pointed me to the condiment section, instead of just remaking the sandwich. This just reflects poor service skills. C'mon guys, we can do better."

Cashier extremely polite. Cinnabon old and hard as a rock. Asked for honey mustard dressing and got a container of dejion mustard. Very tasty but not good on salad... Sandwich great..

Who can resist a sandwich from Schlotsky's? We didnt have much time so we split an original and chips, then a mini cinnabon. New menu items coming out. Dont forget you can order a pizza, salad, soup or sandwich. Staff was friendly and efficient. Will always make s stop here!!
