"I went to Silver Diner specifically to check their vegan menu, and they had a fair number of options. They offer “Just Egg” Benedict, vegan meatballs with macaroni and vegan cheese and other dedicated vegan meals. You can order breakfast all day, increasing the number of available vegan options. In addition to the main menu items, each industry also has several specialties based on season and location, and at least one of these specials was vegan as well. Surprising amount of options for a large diner chain. Your coconutquinoa pancakes are the best! We go there all the time for brunch because there is a ton of good options for vegetables and vegans

The food was good. Our server , Ariana was extraordinary. We were a very large party. A bit taxing I might add. But she maintained her professionalism and patience with us.The manager added a special touch by coming by our table and assisting.
