"Amazing View!!!!. I took my parents and kids here for Mother's Day, and was blown-away by the view. Even on a cloudy day, it's amazing. We were there for the Brunch in the Cascade Room, had reservations at 2:15, and were seated right away. The table was a bit cramped I think they tried to fit a few more tables in for the brunch but not too bad. Our waiter was quick to greet us, and get our drinks started, and we then were free to cruise through the various food stations....and there were many!! This lodge is amazing. Talk about a beautiful setting this place has it. A very nice place to have a business dinner or a romantic dinner. This scenery in this part of the gorge is amazing The food is good and the service is above average. The Skamania Lodge is legendary amongst people from the area. This is for good reason as I have always had a wonderful time in this beautiful resort.

Skamania Lodge, Cascade Room Restaurant. Lunch for six at The Cascade Room today. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Fried halibut doughy, coleslaw warm tarter sauce awful. Burger was greasy, bun hard, tomatoes dried out, cheese overmelted rubbery. Crab salad a joke. Concensus was the flat soda was best part of the overpriced meal. Save your time and money someone new to cooking could beat this restaurant hands down.

Best buffet around!. Skamania has the best buffet anywhere i've ever been. Everything is delicious and fresh and good quality. We've had thier normal buffet before, but we were lucky enough to have been there on a day that they had a fajita buffet once. Yum! All you could eat fajitas, sides, salads, soft drinks and desert for 17 bucks! Awesome deal! I dont think they do the fajita one very often though. I cant wait to come back some time again. Fantastic grounds and scenery as well.

"We stopped by for a bite and a beer! Wonderful beer selection, I had the Mango-Jalapeño Sour, loved it! The fries are to die for! Also… a big shout out to the bartender/server, so nice and friendly, she tipped me off about a cookie recipe (Oatmeal Scotchies) they sounded so good we walked across the street and bought oatmeal and butterscotch chips…. Made the cookies and man oh man was she right! Thank you for the idea!"

"People fro mbv all over the map head to Cascade Locks to go here. SINCE COVID its Drive through only and believe me when I say this most times there is a line of cars 10, 15, 20 deep. But worth it for sure. The food is great and the ICE CREAM IS AWESOME"

"always looking for favorite fish and seafood place in whole oregon and washington landed me in brigham fish market in cascade curls. the staff is very friendly and helpful. one of the most welcoming experiences in a small shop restaurant I've ever had. before I knew it, I had a rehearsal of the salmon cahowder and two different types of smoked salmon. I usually don't like a smoked laugh, but the rehearsals let me want more. they were so good! Finally I had Halibut fish and chips that were amazing! I appreciate that they don't offer from season salmon, which makes such amazing fish and chips. this says a lot about their priority of quality. I had the simple fish fry but they also offer cajun and gluten-free. it was so light and crispy and a welcome alternative to a thick teig for a change. I don't think the fries were handcuffed, but they were perfectly cooked and were a perfect side. the koleslaw was also really good. the four stars instead of five are just because the tartaric acid was for me. but I know this is just me and my tastes. it tasted as if they use sweet pickel instead of dill, which for me is not a thing. I was happy for the lemon wedge! If you like sweeter tartaric acid, then this could be for you. highly recommended if they drive through the ****, but also not too far from portland if they want to eat various lands with a very delicious lunch."
