"It is a great place to oversee the city of Raleigh. One side of the restaurant is all windows! The atmosphere inside is nice, but the service was very slow. The food was pretty good and a little higher than average cost. The cocktails were delicious but overpriced. We had a nice time to meet with friends and family over dinner for birthday but it was mainly due to the view of the city. Not too crowded."

Our group (10 of us) had a great time and our server (I can not remember her name) was excellent! We barely noticed the storm brewing outside, as the atmosphere and timeliness of the food preparation/delivery was excellent.

The view makes it worth it, but my order was messed up multiple times. The wrong plate of pasta came out, but when they brought out my other pasta, it was the old pasta with meat added to it (nothing like what I had ordered. .
