"So me an my wife were out in city running errands an decided to stop here for lunch on our way home…. First Time here..We decided to get our food to go since I had to work later…. We got the pork chop dinners an sides…. Once we got home we found out our food was old an probably was a day old or so judging by the color of the chip…Didn’t get a chance to call that day because I had to work.. Called the next morning a talked with Charlie the supervisor who basically told me I was lying about the food and that I had to bring back both plates which were both in the trash by now. I just called to discuss the situation but clearly bad attitudes just like the bad food as she rushed me off the phone...

The food is always AMAZING! The yams, the cornbread, fried fish?? Those are just some of my favorites from here. The daily special is so good every time and is sure to fill you up.

Went to Southfield Grill today to pickup my elderly neighbor a good home cooked meal. The food looked and smelled great. I will definitely be back to eat there for myself. Really great and friendly service.
