"Came here on a recent trip to Newport with my boyfriend. I was glad to see that they are taking Covid safety seriously and only allowing one person in at a time. We sat outside at a table just outside the front door. I enjoyed the crabcake-style sandwich which was delicious on a pretzel bun. My boyfriend really loved the meatball sub, which was really flavorful (I had a bite and served on a beautifully toasted roll. Clearly, there is a lot of love and attention to detail on this menu! Out of the case of many beautiful sweet treats, I chose a cake pop for dessert which was so good I had to get another one before I left!!"

A little off the beaten path, but worth seeking out. Everything was really delicious. We had the Krabby sandwich, Burgers and grilled cheese. So good, we came back the next day. Located in a strip mall with limited seating.

we love sprout and lentil. the eating is top notch (document fan of broken flower cabbage and hearts of palm sandwich). I also like the small market. my only complaining (and it's a little), is that I want to see additional healthier options, so we can eat there more often. it feels like raised gastropub vegan farewell, which is great if they want a tasty bite, but would love some additional options that are not fried or have more green/grass dishes. maybe a rotating special or something.
