"This place gets an extra star because the pizza was pretty good and the service overcame adverse conditions and did a good job. We visited on January 9 when the rain was causing all hell to break loose in Southern California. This restaurant is in a nondescript strip mall and is furnished like a generic chain restaurant. Our hopes were not high. We just needed shelter from the storm. But the pizza was good. And the place was busy despite the storm. You can do a lot worse."

The pasta was absolutely amazing as was the bread with our lunch. They were very busy but they helped us and served us right away. The olive tapenade was delightful. We will definitely come here again if we are in Santa Clarita.

The atmosphere does not evoke any Italian spirit. It is simply an average cafe. The food was decent, but not authentically Italian. The service was excellent, no complaints there. However, the cleanliness is severely lacking dirty dishes, old tableware, and grimy walls. The prices are fair, but the overall experience is not worth it. I would recommend finding a better place to dine.
