"So, I typically don't write a bad review unless I try a place at least 2 separate times, and we also try not to judge a place by a couple bad reviews. This was an exception. We stopped by Rock N' Roll Bar BBQ this evening after visiting letchworth and it made me want to rock and roll on the floor laughing. The waiter did not greet us when we entered, and when he finally did, he was wearing a dirty flannel shirt, and sweat pants with his baseball cap on. (Granted, he was pleasant and kind, but looked like he just got out of bed). We started off with 2 beers and 2 orders of soup; minestrone and French onion. First off, the beers were good; the soups not so much.. They both tasted like they had been pulled out of the fridge and microwaved in a cheap low power microwave, which I'm pretty sure is accurate because the soup was brought to our table in about 3 mins. The minestrone soup had pasta that literally mushed when you tried eating it and a severe lack of flavor, and the French onion tasted like a gallon of water with a tablespoon of beef broth added. (The bread consisted of salad croutons that were super soggy). At this point, we decided not to waste our time with ordering more food, and we paid and left. While completely understanding that the pandemic is causing hard times for businesses, that's no excuse for the poor food and lack of professionalism. Please consider somewhere else if you have taste buds and an expectation of professionalism."
