"I made the reservation through open table for Valentines day, we arrived and the restaurant was under construction and only open to hotel guest. They refused to seat us and did nothing to try and assist. Extremely disappointed and will never eat there. When I said that we made the reservation through open table, they responded with, Are manager left the restaurant a few months ago and nobody here knows the password to update and we deals with this all time. Needless to say, trying to find another place to eat on Valentines day at the last minute proved to be unsuccessful and out evening was ruined. During Restaurant Week we always like to try new places. The food was delicious. Fried green tomatoes especially! Lisa was our server and did a fantastic job. So personable and made sure we were ready to see the dolphins.

How hard can breakfast be? Food was cold, service poor, and took forever. It's been a few years since I dined there and remember it as good to very good, overall. This experience wasn't good. It's such a great location and hope that they can improve.
