"As we arrived, the restaurant itself and the setting is beautiful. It really made you feel like you were in a high end restaurant. When I approached the host to let him know the we had arrived and we booked reservations through Open Table, he just seemed highly irritated. He told us they were completely booked at the 7 pm time slot being that it was Valentine 's Day. I told him that we chose the slot because it was available on Open Table. He then proceed, saying no no we didn 't have any way to block those time slots we 're completely booked he then said I guess I can try to fit you in... Nice way of making us feel welcome NOT!
