"Had the pleasure of enjoying an early dinner here. The vibe was nice and relaxed. This restaurant is on the bottom floor of the Hollander, right off the main lobby. Large draft beer selection and half off bottles of wine on Thursday!! Had the fried calamari, blackened chicken sandwich, while my lady had the ahi tuna tacos. Food was delicious, but nothing that knocked me out of my seat. Regardless it had great flavor and was FRESH. Straight off the grill to our table! Definitely try this place out if you're staying at the hotel... Or even if you're not! Free parking!"

First time at the Tap Room. Loved the decor and the ambiance. Lots of indoor, outdoor seating, as well as a bar and more tables by the pool. Food was average, nothing that really got us excited. Tiramisu dessert was good.

I really enjoyed having dinner here, loved the food and atmosphere. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with the Pear Lychee Martini and my partner had the Cuban, all very delicious. Our server was very kind and polite as well as the other employees we encountered.

Spent the night at the Hollister after a long day of voting their bar was excellent good service sat down for a late dinner food was okay good but nothing special that would make it stand out from other restaurants. Cocktails were on point service was great. My reuben sandwich was lacking flavor in the meat almost like they bought cheap meat from the deli.
