"The food was amazing. Our first experience with The Tavern was the location around street or that area and the feel was homey and nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and our waitress was funny and super nice. The Leawood location does not feel like that, it’s not memorable, it just feels like a random American food restaurant you can find on the plaza. The host was nicer than our waitress however she seemed like something was bothering her. Our waitress was rude and was acting impatient as if she had something else to be doing"

While portions were appropriate, the overabundance of salt on the Salmon and Green Beans nearly ruined the experience. Wish the would you recommend had a maybe radial button. If I were to recommend, I would caution them about the salty food
