The Char offers an amazing setting against a nice pond and wilderness. With plenty of windows you feel like you’re at a cozy retreat as you enjoy delicious food. Our dinner at Char was excellent!! We were traveling and went here to celebrate a birthday dinner while on the road. Everything was superb. My husband had oysters for an appetizer and they were fresh, the salads and house dressing were outstanding, I had Scallops and husband had bone in Ribeye for our entrées. Hubby said he had never had a more tender Ribeye, my Scallops were pan seared and seasoned to perfection. The desserts were very good too. I did ask for a candle for my husband's b'day and our waitress did not bring one, only downfall.
