This would absolutely be the #1 go to coffee shop in NYC were it not for the lack of stable fast wifi. It has everything except wifi does not work well at all. It has a beautiful hidden patio a nice charming coffee area indoors etc… Also the coffee, hot chocolate and mocha is good.

I’ve been coming to the chipped cup around once a month for a while now. Not often enough to say I’m really a regular, but frequently enough to notice when things change in the shop. The biggest change I’ve noticed since my last visit a couple of months ago would probably be the staff.
