"We have been going to this restaurant for years now. The food has always been amazing but this time it was terrible. My wife ordered a filet mignon medium rare. The state came inch thick and was well done. My prime rib was medium rare but came well done. If I didn’t know better I would swear both steaks were microwaved and the vegetables or canned. I’m not sure why the quality slipped so bad, but we will not be going back"

The waitress was forgetful when we requested some items and she didn’t offer us dessert. Towards the middle of the meal we realized we were given each other’s meat order. The meal was good otherwise

This steakhouse is very disappointing! No ambiance what so ever. The food is not up to any steakhouse standards. The servers are stressed, and overworked. We went for Valentines Day. The lettuce in the salad was warm and wilted. The prime rib and steaks were undercooked based on the specifications. The baked potato was dry. The server kept trying to take plates while we were still eating like they were rushing us out. We were disappointed in the overall meal as we have had better experience dining here in the past.
