"This is a treasure of a restaurant in McMinnville. My wife and I stayed 3 nights in McMinnville and we ate two nights in a row when all this says about food. First, the cocktails we had really met after two long days. We had her cocktail called Brooklyn #2. It was so good that I had 2 in the first night and 2 of them in the second night. Maybe I had three on the second night. They were excellent and pretty lazy what we both enjoyed. Had a delicious meal with great service. Enjoy perfect gnocchi, rockfish, beet salad and cocktails. It is an institution of any future visit.

The fantastic restaurant. Had two nice cocktails and a few choices. We loved the steactars and the Rockfish Special. Overall, this little miracle is worth the visit. The service was fast and attentive. We will definitely be back next time in McMinnville

It is the year of the Pivot, and I am with how Thistle has chosen to open Post Covid again. Small tables outside, a pared down, but stunning menu, and any favorite bartender will take care of you. I'm so happy that one of our favorite spots is open again! And please ignore the fake 1-star rating below about masking: They follow the laws, are very covided conscious... and are not even open for lunch. Maybe the guy was somewhere else, but he wasn't with Thistle.
