"I have lived in the Ellington for almost 3 years which should tell you how much I've enjoyed the building in a very competitive DC housing market. It's conveniently located on 13 U, and is within 2 blocks of basically anything you need (metro, post office, multiple grocery stores, multiple drug stores, exercise classes, liquor stores, and restaurants! . The staff here are awesome Maya Cherie at the front desk, and Mike in the office are always friendly. The amenities are good a beautiful roof with 3 grills and lots of seating, and a large gym with plenty of equipment compared to other building gyms I've seen. The apartments are SLIGHTLY outdated in style, but I believe the building is about...

The Ellington is an amazing place to live I have loved every minute of it! Cherie at the concierge desk is always so helpful and welcoming every time I come home. Mike is also extremely accommodating, and even once stopped what he was doing to help my mom carry up a mattress as I was moving in. Such a great building/location and even greater team to make the experience perfect. :

The Ellington is a fabulous community to be a part of. The staff is warm and friendly, and always attentive and committed to helping with what I need. The location of the building is prime, right by the metro. While that causes some noise at night, the amenities and units in the building help offset this. I have really enjoyed my experience so far at The Ellington, especially the community events!
